Consulting Principles

 

My drive and my passion for my work is to accompany people, teams and organisations who/which want to change and develop.

 

For me the most important element as a coach, trainer or organisational consultant is the relationship with the client. The relationship should be characterised by openness, appreciation and presence, regardless of which career or background a person has. A trusting relationship is in my view the foundation for effective consulting.

 

I see myself as a systemic solution-focused consultant with a strong human attitude. My actions are guided by the belief in the potential of each person or team and the urge - with the involvement of the entire system - to search for possible solutions.

 

My consulting interventions are based on a broad range of methods with primarily focus on systemic (for instance systematic constellation method, sociogram, role-play), solution-focused (eg. scaling, imaginative method, vision work) and creative and play-oriented methods. I like it as a coach, trainer or organisational consultant to work action-oriented, lively and colorful.
