Working since 2011 as a lecturer in leadership development at the Swissmem Academy.

Before that, several years of experience as a Senior Consultant, mainly in the area of executive & career coaching in an international HR consulting company.

Long-time experience as HRM Professional in various HR positions, including Head Human Resources and member of the management of a global industrial company.

Post-graduate study in coaching and supervision (Egis, Zurich). Member of the Swiss professional association for coaching, supervision and organisational consultancy.

Post-graduate study in Human Resources Management (PMS at Müri & Partner, Zurich).

M.Sc. in Psychology with minors in Business Administration and Labor Law at the University of Zurich.

Consultancy in English, German, French and Italian.
