Organisational Consulting

 

Organisational Consulting refers to interventions with the goal to sustainably stabilise, change and develop an organisation or specific subareas. I offer the following interventions:

 

Team Analysis / Team Assessment

"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts" (Aristoteles). Sometimes, the "team system" gets into trouble and it does not work like it should, this, without knowing exactly what the real reason is.

In such situations an in-depth team analysis with proven psychological methods and instruments is offered (qualitative study with team-sociogram). The resulting report serves as a basis for further action.

 

Facilitation of team processes

The main focus is to stabilise the team system and to find solutions for current team problems. Possible topics:

  • Conflict resolution
  • Team development / - building
  • Clarification and improvement of collaboration and communication
  • Improvement of working climate and motivation

Facilitation of Workshops on various transformation related issues. Possible topics:
